We use the personal information collected from you to enable us to undertake your photograph requirements, and will communicate with your regarding your photographs and other related products and services, and processing any transaction with davecoxphotography. Such personal information as we collect is not used for any other purpose and is not shared.

The website is creating in and powered by GoDaddy and as such is subject to GoDaddy's security and data protection measures. Any data collected through this website by GoDaddy would be inline with their business and privacy policy, and can be reviewed here : https://uk.godaddy.com/agreements/privacy

Any metadata stored with individual photographs could reasonably be accessed by others (typically this data would show file name date, time, camera type, lens used etc) Photo file names would typically show customer first name (not surname) / name of building photographed etc for admin purposes, however gps photo location information is turned off to protect the customers location privacy.

Customers full names are not shown on the website (only for example 'Mrs K) to protect privacy, and no news item will knowingly state names, addresses, locations etc of photoshoot. Customer reviews on this site do not show full names or addresses.

davecoxphotography owns the copyright of all images taken and has license to use photos taken for marketing purposes (website or other) unless this is expressly stated by the customer in writing.
